In-Home Aide Services
Our Bravo Zulu Home Care service team will reach out to each client to schedule a time for our agency Registered Nurse to conduct an Admission Assessment. Based on the Admission Assessment, a Plan of Care will be established and reviewed with the client. The Service team will work with the client on a caregiver schedule that can support the Plan of Care. Caregivers who report to the client’s residence will clock-in using a mobile application that recognizes the proximity of the client’s location.
The In-home Aide or In-home Caregiver will provide or assist with “Activities of Daily Living” (ADL) which includes mobility, eating, bathing, dressing, and toileting; and/or “Instrumental Activities of Daily Living” (IADL) which includes meal preparation, housekeeping, medication reminders, shopping, errands, money management, phone use, reading, and writing. The caregiver will record and report changes in the client’s condition, family situation, or specific client needs to the agency health care practitioner.
Companion, Sitter and Respite Services
Bravo Zulu Home Care also offers Companion, Sitter and Respite services
Companion, sitter, or respite service caregivers spend time with and/or provide non-hands-on care services for clients.
“Non-Hands-on Care Services” means basic home management tasks, shopping, meal preparation, companion services, socialization, medication reminders, and other services that do not require the service provider to use “hands-on care” and which do not require training or verification of skills by a Registered Nurse.
“Respite Care” means planned or emergency care provided to an individual in order to provide temporary relief to the family caregiver.
